Solicítalo dentro de 30 días de tu compra.

Número de pedido,
Una foto clara del frasco (etiqueta y lote visibles),
Un par de líneas contándonos por qué no cumplió tus expectativas.
Tras aprobarlo, emitiremos el reembolso a tu método de pago original en 10 días hábiles (tu banco podría tardar un poco más).
¿Daño o artículo incorrecto?
Mándanos fotos en las primeras 48 horas tras la entrega y lo solucionamos—reemplazo o reembolso.
